We've teamed up with our dear friends in the band Elder, for a special-edition hot sauce.
This sauce commemorates their album 'Reflections of a Floating World', with breathtaking artwork by Adrian Dexter.
There is an option to choose either the Elder label or the Newks Classic label.
WHAT'S IN IT?
INGREDIENTS: Water, Orange Juice, White Vinegar, Mango, Yellow Bell Pepper, Organic Lime Juice, Habanero, Elderflower Syrup, Sugar, Sea Salt, Ground Ginger.
Vegan and Gluten Free.
HOW HOT IS IT?
Medium Heat

United StatesYes, buying bottles 2 and 3 because bottle 1 was so damn good. I'm a Texas guy (sorry, can't help it), so hot sauce is a way of life. This hits in a really cool flavor zone that lands sweet, then follows with a nice little kick. A very welcome change up from the traditional Louisiana and Texas hot sauces that are the standard here, and absolutely worthy to go into the regular rotation. Well done Elder and Newk's!
United StatesI got a bottle of this when they launched the first batch. It arrived really quickly, in like 2 days. It is so good. The flavor of the elderflower syrup makes this really unqiue. Not very hot, but full of flavor. I will definitely be checking out more from this company! If you're thinking of getting it, you should definitely give it a try!
